Salt, to taste<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, roasted<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column100\">\n<div class=\"margin20\">\n<h4>Instructions<\/h4>\n<div class=\"border1 radius10\">\n<div class=\"margin20\">\n<p>&#8211; Cut acorn squash in half, seed<br \/>\n&#8211; Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt<br \/>\n&#8211; Place cut side up in baking dish for 25 to 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven<br \/>\n&#8211; Remove from oven and let cool until you can scoop out of shell<br \/>\n&#8211; Cut into 3\/4 inch pieces<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Roast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat<br \/>\n&#8211; Be careful not to burn &#8211; watch and stir the entire time they are in the pan<br \/>\n&#8211; Remove from pan as soon as you reach desired roast<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; In skillet, saut\u00e9 onions, garlic and small pinch of salt in oil<br \/>\n&#8211; When onions are translucent, turn heat down<br \/>\n&#8211; Add Herb de Provence, stir for 30 seconds<br \/>\n&#8211; Place cubed squash in pan<br \/>\n&#8211; Add about 1 tsp of olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; Spray squash with Braggs<br \/>\n&#8211; Gently lift onions and squash turning everything over<br \/>\n&#8211; Be careful not to mash squash (use 2 forks)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Place squash mix back in shell or<br \/>\n&#8211;
